Double Degree

The President, Board of Governors, and Faculty of the University of Northwest Europe are pleased to announce that U.N.E. learners will now participate in an International Double-Degree-Programme offered jointly with the Universidad Azteca (UAzteca) and the University Central de Nicaragua (UCN). Upon successful admission to the dual degree programme and the completionthe PhD degree requirements, the graduating learner will be awarded a PhD degree from UAzteca and UCN.Both UAzteca and UCN will be validating the UNorthwest degree in line with the academic requirements of the partnership. Upon successful admission to the dual degree program and the completion of the UNE PhD requirements, the graduating learner will be awarded a PhD degree from UAzteca and UCN.

The Universidad Azteca residential and international programmes are recognized and accredited by the Federal Secretary of Public Education (SEP) of the United States of Mexico. UAzteca is listed with the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organizations (UNESCO) and the International Association of Universities (IAU).The Universidad Central de Nicaragua is accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Nicaragua. UCN is listed with the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organizations (UNESCO), International Handbook of Accredited Universities published by the United Nations, and the International Association of Universities (IAU).
