Enrollment Documentation


In order to be enrolled into a degree programme at the University students must submit the following documents in either one of the following languages: Dutch, English, French, Flemish, German, Italian, Spanish (documents in other languages must be translated into one of the aforementioned languages and legalized by a notary public in the country of origin):


1. Certificate of birth
2. Marriage certificate (only for persons who changed their family name)
3. Certified copies of the Certificate from an accredited secondary school; High School diploma, VWO, Baccalauréat, Maturité Fédérale, German Abitur or equivalent.
4. Certified copies of university certificates: University Degree with the Official Transcript/Educational records/Curriculum (a certificate issued by his University/Faculty which contains all the marks that the student received for each discipline during his University studies, in each semester, and the ETCS numbers for each discipline)
5. Proof of fluency in English certificated by a university, college or a professional language institution / other competent body
6. plus the following:



* 2 Passport photos
* Photocopy of Passport and ID card
* CV in English – originally dated and signed
* two reference letters - originally dated and signed
* a non-refundable application fee of 75 EURO
* Application form - dated and signed in original



Important Note:

Applicants seeking admission via the EVC / APL Programme are advised to order the EVC / APL Portfolio Form from the Admission’s Office.

Notification of Acceptance


All successful applicants will be notified by letter or electronic mail about their status with the University. The University reserves the right to deny applications without justifying specific reasons.
