The Steinbeis Transfer Institute for Operations Management is engaged in research and teaching in the field of operations management. It conducts certificate courses on project methodology and expertise and supports companies in knowledge and technology transfer from research and teaching outcomes.

The European Centre for Integration Research (EZI), based in Aachen was founded by people from the former alumni association CEUS. The EZI is a scientific institute, having at its aims to promote science, education and research in the fields of European economy, European law and European policy as well as European linguistics.
